Do these sites still work with accessibility devices/programs like screen readers?

This uber-customizable and editable web reminds me the dockable and movable toolbars in Windows: I make little use of them, but I dragged them accidentally many times. After long years, I realized that it's better to lock the toolbars in every application where it is supported.
